The network marketing recruiting process involves three steps. In the first step, you build traffic to your MLM marketing system by using many methods, ranging from video marketing to social media to network marketing articles. But once you have your audience’s attention, you will want to hold their interest by building a relationship based on loyalty and trust which is the second step. The final step, once you have built the relationship, is to monetize your list. You want to reward your loyal recruits by providing them with the solutions they need.
Provide Solutions of Value
When your recruits come on board, they come with the promise that they will earn money and build their own successful network marketing systems. Like anyone else, they want to earn money too. So you must fulfill your promise to your teammates by giving them solutions of value. This means you can help them with training, especially if they are new to MLM advertising and aren’t very savvy on how to generate their own leads. You will need to be the mentor, advising your recruits on how they can improve their own network marketing skills so they can generate wealth too.
Offer Primary Business and Affiliate Links
You can also monetize your list by promoting your primary business as well as any relevant affiliate links. For example, if your recruits want to use social media to promote their businesses, you might introduce them to the Social Media Science site or to something like Tweet Adder. I personally find it helpful to promote my online lead generation system, MLM Lead System Pro. This system has helped me learn many of the tips and tricks that have made my company so successful.
Foster a Win-Win Atmosphere
Finally, as your recruits begin creating successful businesses too, you will want to keep a good relationship with them. You both mutually benefit from each other’s successes, so keep the lines of communication open. Your recruit’s successes are, in large part, due to your excellent coaching, and you will continue to reap the rewards of your hard work as they earn more and bigger commissions.
