The network marketing recruiting process involves three steps. In the first step, you build traffic to your MLM marketing system by using many methods, ranging from video marketing to social media to network marketing articles. But once you have your audience’s attention, you will want to hold their interest by building a relationship based on loyalty and trust which is the second step. The final step, once you have built the relationship, is to monetize your list. You want to reward your loyal recruits by providing them with the solutions they need.

Your recruit’s successes are, in large part, due to your excellent coaching, and you will continue to reap the rewards of your hard work as they earn more and bigger commissions.
