I am looking for students who are eager to learn, who can take constructive criticism, and who enjoy the entire process of learning how to build a business. If you are the kind of person who is always eager to find ways to improve yourself, if you can take criticism and use it to improve your business, then you are definitely welcome on my team.

3.    No Whining Please

Finally, there is no whining allowed on my team. We are all hard-working, devoted professionals and with us, the buck truly stops here. So if you are the kind of person who takes responsibility for your actions, or takes ownership of a situation so you can make things better, you are one of us. Welcome to the team!
