My name is Gary Lambert, Jr., and I am an Online MLM Business and Marketing coach. I was born and raised on the Alabama Gulf Coast, and currently live in Daphne with my beautiful fiancée Alana and our precious girl, Kalista.

I am an avid runner, though that wasn’t always the case. At 6′ 5″ and 400 pounds, I used to be extremely overweight. I couldn’t remain in that condition forever, and so I decided to change my life and started a diet and exercise regimen. With hard work and determination, I lost over 110lbs and became a healthier me.

I also started to run in races . . . and really enjoyed it! Everyone there was so supportive and encouraging. In my first year I was able to run 33 races of mostly 5K-10K distances.

Running in races is still an activity I enjoy, but now I also participate in bigger events, such as triathlons and adventure races. In November 2009, I ran my first half-marathon. My goal for 2010 is to participate in three half-marathons, a marathon, as well as several triathlons and adventure races. You can say I am addicted! I would have never thought I would enjoy running as much as I do! One thing is for sure, I am enjoying a much better quality of life than I had before.

My work experience over the years has instilled in me certain skills that have shaped my life. I have learned such skills such as determination, leadership, and endurance and continue to put those skills into practice. Without the different experiences I have undergone, I do not think I would be the same person I am now.

While growing up, I worked with my father in a business he started when I was six years old. We published independent phone directories in nine different markets all over Georgia and Alabama. During our peak, we had over 100 sales representatives.

My father allowed me to have an active role in helping out the business. When I was young, I helped deliver the phone directories, and when I was in high school, I progressed to running the delivery operation.

A week after graduating high school, I started selling yellow pages. In just two years, I became the general manager. This taught me how to lead and be an effective supervisor. Not only did I oversee all the representatives, but I also trained new representatives and rode with them on sales calls. Because I believed in what I was doing, I could sell to anyone. Not only did I hone the skills I needed to be a leader, but working in this business provided me with a strong foundation in sales and marketing.

With the evolution of the Internet, we could see that print media would begin to decline. So, we sold our Georgia operation in 1999. Four years later, in 2003, we sold our Alabama operation. As a condition of that sale, we had to sign a five year non-compete agreement. After this, I decided to turn my sights onto a different avenue and get into real estate.

I went far in that business. I started out as an agent and then progressed to a real estate broker. After that, I became a residential home builder and then a residential subdivision developer.

When I started out in the business, the market was on fire! We were selling everything we touched. Success was ours to enjoy. It was unbelievable!

At one point, we decided to build a residential subdivision with 233 lots on 143 acres. We had lots reserved, and everything was going better than we expected.
Unfortunately, the good times didn’t last. The property development was extended six months longer than we anticipated. Then the market turned on us. All those lots that were reserved fell through. It was all downhill from there. That was such a depressing time for me.

Fortunately, I had people looking out for me. A man I have great respect for told me, “When things are going good, maybe you aren’t as good as you think you are, and when things are going bad, maybe you aren’t as bad as you think you are. Maybe, you are just in the right place at the right time, or you are not.” I didn’t give up. Instead, I moved forward into another venture.

A friend of mine, a fellow builder/developer, told me about a Network Marketing Business Opportunity he was involved in. I thought it was awesome. The economy hurt many traditional businesses and caused major job losses, and people need to find a way to support their families. Network Marketing may be that way. These companies thrive in market downturns. You can still make money even in bad economic times.

Once I heard about this Network Marketing Program, I knew it was the right place for me. I jumped in and did just what the marketing models told me. I called on friends, family, and business associates, and I did have some success. However, I knew I was going to run out of leads eventually, and after that, then what? But the Internet is a vast resource. I realized that there must be a way to tap into the Internet to produce the leads I needed to market my business. But how?

I found a mentor that showed me a Network Marketing System that creates a massive amount of leads. It was just what I was looking for and has literally changed the way I look at building my business. You can learn this system too. Through the use of videos that teach you the tools and strategies you need to succeed, this system can teach you how to leverage the power of the internet to build your online MLM business. You can transform the way you build your business!
