But if you focus on hiring quality salespeople with a proven record, you really only need a handful to make a lucrative amount of residual income.

You can focus your efforts on choosing a select few top-tier candidates, people who have a background in sales and won’t need a lot of training and hand-holding to bring in large accounts. This new method of recruitment allows you to focus your efforts on building a short downline with large returns of residual income, so you can work on building your customer base and generating long-term wealth.

When I first began my network marketing business opportunity, I had a lifetime of business experience behind me. I come from a family of entrepreneurs; in fact, I worked in the family business until we sold the first branch in 1999 and the second branch in 2003.
